What we collect
When you contact us through a form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide, so that we can reply. Registration for tryouts, teams, camps, clinics and leagues is handled on our LeagueApps and SportsEngine registration pages, which have their own privacy policies.
Like most websites, our host records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep the site working properly and to understand which pages families use most. If you log in to an account on this site, cookies remember your login and display preferences.
Embedded content from other sites
Pages on this site may include embedded content such as videos, maps or registration widgets. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website, and those sites may collect data about you.
How long we keep your data
Messages sent through our contact form are kept for as long as we need them to answer your question and to keep a record of the conversation. Athlete and family records tied to registration are held in our registration systems for as long as the athlete is with the club.
Photos of athletes
We publish team, event and action photos of MDJRS athletes on this site and on our social channels. If you would prefer that a photo of your athlete not be used, email ljq0407rr@gmail.com and we will remove it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ljq0407rr@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Children’s privacy
Our programs serve athletes aged 8 to 18. Registration and communication are handled through a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child.
