Maryland Juniors Volleyball Club

2026-27 Tournament & Schedule

Please note that all tournament dates and events are tentative and subject to change based on availability, scheduling, and other factors.

Travel expenses are not included in the club fees. A travel statement will be sent prior to each traveling tournament, outlining the estimated travel costs.

For Stay-to-Play tournaments, the club will make hotel reservations for each participating family. Families are responsible for paying their hotel costs according to the travel statement. For tournaments that are not Stay-to-Play events, families may book their own accommodations.

MARCH & APRIL BREAK / SPRING CLINICS
Spring clinic registration will open in January 2026. Participation in the clinics is optional and not included in the season club fees.

Club Fees

Club fees cover coaches' compensation, facility rental, equipment, tournament entry fees, and club administration. Travel expenses and uniform fees are calculated separately.

Travel Fees

Travel fees are additional fees paid by all team members to cover the expenses of traveling to a multi-day tournament. Coaches' expenses are paid by all team members and are not refundable for any reason. Travel fees are calculated separately for each overnight trip and include airfare (if applicable), hotel rooms, gas, car rental and similar costs.

An estimated coaches' travel deposit of $200 is collected by February 1st for the season-ending tournament to ensure all players are attending. Each parent receives an itemized expense statement specifying the balance to be collected.
