PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS FOR TRYOUTS

STEP 1 — REGISTER MDJRS BOYS 2026–2027 TRYOUTS ONLINE、

• Create an account or log in.
• Follow the instructions, fill out all required information, and pay the $60 tryout fee online.
• Make sure to check your Age Definition here (cutoff date July 1) - https://usavolleyball.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/USAV-2026-2027-Age-Definition-Chart.pdf
• Note: Tryout fee is non-refundable.

STEP 2 — MEDICAL FORM

• Complete the USA Volleyball Medical Release Form. Medical Release Form
• Upload the completed medical form to the online registration portal.

Step 3 - ONCE MADE THE TEAM, RENEW OR COMPLETE USAV MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION

• Register with CHRVA (https://www.chrva.org/)
• Pay $60 to CHRVA for USAV Regular Jr Girls 10–17 / Regular Jr Girls 18 (as prompted).
