After relocating to Maryland, she continued her coaching career at both the club and collegiate levels. She served as an assistant coach at Notre Dame of Maryland University, where she helped lead the program to the 2005 AWCC Conference Championship. Throughout her career, Coach Molly has worked with athletes across a wide range of ages and skill levels, helping teams compete successfully at both regional and national levels.
Coach Molly also enjoyed an accomplished playing career. She was a two-time All-State and All-Conference selection and led her Michigan high school team to a State Championship. She finished her high school career as her school’s all-time leader in digs before continuing her playing career at the Division I level on a full athletic scholarship at Central Connecticut State University. There, she earned NEC All-Conference honors before injuries brought her collegiate playing career to an end.
Coach Molly believes every athlete has greater potential than they may initially realize. Her coaching philosophy centers on challenging athletes to grow, building confidence through consistent effort and accountability, and creating a positive team environment where hard work, discipline, and teamwork allow players to discover what they are capable of achieving.
Outside of volleyball, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their four furry family members.
